The bustling of the commute. Utilizing the space. I wanted to focus on movement and flow. The subjects in the mural and the everyday walking to and for parallel each other. I want people to be able to see themselves in the mural as part of the experience.

The CARES Arts Grants were a partnership between RNeighboors and the City of Rochester in fall 2020. These grants supported Walls of Color, an effort by local artists that created neighborhood-based, permanent outdoor murals throughout Rochester neighborhoods. The purpose of the program was to provide projects for local artists whose livelihoods had been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. There are a total of 15 murals throughout the city that you can discover.
