Bow-WOW: Dogs Downtown presented by the Rochester Downtown Alliance and Subaru of Rochester will be bustling with all things canine August 3! From activities to food to special guest appearances, here’s an Ultimutt Guide to the free event!
Pup-ular Activities!
Dress up your dog and snap a shot at the Dogs Downtown photo booth! Costumes of every shape, size, color, and theme will make your pooch an Instagram star! (Make sure to tag @DowntownRochMN and use #DogsDowntown!) Put your pup to the obstacle course test; once they finish, a special treat awaits them for a "good boy" moment! Stop by the Doberman Rescue Minnesota booth to purchase dog collar bows, magnets, dog toys, mugs, and tumblers, meet a new Doberman friend, and learn about the organization. Chuck & Don's Rochester is pulling out all the stops for its furry companions and their human friends: they will have face painting, sample giveaways, and a Doggie Trail Mix Bar to create a special treat for the pups!
Guest Appearances!
It's a "ruff" life being an Instagram sensation, but Sebastian "Bash" Godric makes it look easy! This happy-go-lucky pup will be part of the pack at Dogs Downtown, so follow Bash on Instagram for all his adventures!

Humans bringing their dogs to downtown Rochester don't have to leave with empty paws. Stop by our Rochester Downtown Alliance tent to grab some Dogs Downtown swag! We will have all sorts of prizes to give away, and our “paw-some” Dogs Downtown t-shirts will be for sale.

Dogs Downtown partner Altra Federal Credit Union will be onsite with a game to win a variety of dog-inspired prizes. Olmsted Medical Center, another Dogs Downtown partner, will have Canine Companion Therapy Dogs at its booth, as well as interactive Plinko to win prizes.
