All about Altra Federal Credit Union's Drive for the Kids at Here Comes Santa Claus
Sharing is caring, especially during the holiday season! During Here Comes Santa Claus November 26, the event's presenting partner, Altra Federal Credit Union, is happy to host a spirit of giving opportunity for people to donate items for the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester.
"After having everything be canceled or turned virtual, it’s important to have events and experiences like Here Comes Santa Claus for children and families to enjoy," said Danielle Anderson with Altra Federal Credit Union. "We love being involved and a part of our communities, and this is one of the ways that we are able to do that."
During Here Comes Santa Claus from 4 to 8 p.m. November 26, bring your new or gently used blankets, stuffed animals, art supplies and/or sports items with you. Look for the decorated red truck near the Peace Plaza tree and place the items in its back bed.
From there, the Boys and Girls Club will distribute the donated items to area youth and make it a merry holiday for all.
