iHeart Media is just one of many community-minded partners that makes Thursdays Downtown successful! The Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA) is appreciative of its partnership and wants to shine the spotlight on them! Let's learn a little more about the organization from Alicia Goodson, one of iHeart Media's account executives!
Katie: Alicia, thank you for joining me and sharing more about iHeart Media! Please tell us about the organization.
Alicia: We are iHeart Media – home to 102.5 The Fox, Laser 101.7 and KFAN AM 1270/93.5FM. We have been a part of the Rochester community for over 50 years!
Katie: Why is iHeart involved in community events?
Alicia: We love supporting local businesses and getting the word out about all that Rochester has to offer!
Katie: Why does the organization partner with the RDA for Thursdays Downtown?
Alicia: We love the sense of community that Thursdays Downtown has brought to Rochester and we are so happy partner with RDA – as we know that music truly brings people together!
Katie: That's so true of music! Which is a perfect lead-in to my final question: what is the most requested/popular song on iHeart's stations?
Alicia: On Laser 101.7, it's honestly ANYTHING classic rock! On 102.5 The Fox, right now it's Look What God Gave Her by Thomas Rhett.
