Sharing the Best-Kept Secrets...To A Bloody Mary

Whether you enjoy it as a brunch cocktail or as a supposed cure after a party-hardy night, the bloody mary has been a staple on drink menus since the 1920's. This unusual concoction of tomato juice and alcohol, along with other add-ons, can be found on these downtown Rochester bar and restaurant menus!

  Benedict's

A signature or something unique: Benedict's Rochester has both types of bloody marys! If out-of-the-ordinary is your style, try a bloody with either tequila or whiskey for something different.

  Bleu Duck Kitchen

Belly up to Bleu Duck's bar for their take on a bloody mary. Served with a Miller pony (we learned a small beer sometimes accompanies this cocktail), it simply is a must-try for national bloody mary day.

  Crave

What's a bloody mary without all the extras? That's what Crave offers with its drink featuring a celery salt rim and garnishes of a meat stick, dill pickle, blue cheese-stuffed olive, lime wedge, and a cheddar cheese cube. Again, this bloody mary is served with a Miller High Life pony.

  Olde Brick House

While the Irish may be known for their whiskey, Olde Brick House is renowned for its "Bloody Banger," a delicious cocktail of vodka, house made bloody mix, a banger (in place of a typical meat stick), stuffed olives, and a pickle. Instead of a Miller pony, a Guinness Blonde bump comes with Olde Brick House's bloody mary.
