Safe Shopping and Dining Hours during Small Business Saturdays 2020
To support the safety of all types of shoppers this holiday season, these downtown Rochester businesses will be offering dedicated safe shopping hours during which people with health concerns may be able to shop, dine, or experience the business.
Bleu Duck Kitchen's* One-Stop Vendor Shop
- Times/dates: 1 to 2 p.m. Saturdays from November 28 through December 19
- How to sign up for safe shopping hour: Bleu Duck staff will ensure physical distance and capacity guidelines are followed on-site. All you have to do is come down!
Chester's Kitchen & Bar*
- Times/dates: 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays from November 28 through December 19
- How to sign up for safe dining hour: Guests can make reservations through Open Table for the safe dining hours or by calling 507-424-1211. Chester's also offers online ordering for pickup through curbside service, which eliminates all contact between staff and guests.
Hollandberry Pannekoeken
- Times/dates: 2 to 5 p.m. Saturdays from November 28 through December 19
- How to sign up for safe dining hour: Bring in a receipt from another downtown business, get a muffin and a coffee for $2.50 (originally $6) to grab and go!
The Nordic Shop*
- Times/dates: Between 10 and 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday until December 17
- How to sign up for safe shopping hour: Shoppers must email one day in advance at info@thenordicshop.net, The Nordic Shop staff will then schedule an arrival time for shopping.
Scrub Your Butt Soap Co. and Tulips & Truffles Florist
- Times/dates: 9 to 11 a.m. Saturdays from November 28 through December 19 and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursdays from December 3 through December 17
- How to sign up for safe shopping hour: Email tulips55963@gmail.com to sign up for half hour slots
