Rochester Downtown Alliance is excited to announce our search for a new Executive Director! The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of RDA, providing strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects of RDA’s operations. As a key player in economic development and business improvement of the 44-block Downtown district, the Executive Director will have a critical seat at the table – to serve as an ambassador, marketer, and promotor of Downtown Rochester. With the support of a strong board of directors – and a passionate and dedicated team – the new Executive Director will have every opportunity to serve as a visionary leader to develop new and creative strategies for greater organizational impact and growth in alignment with our mission. We are seeking a motivational and inclusive leader; a natural connector who can bring the right people and resources together to effect change. The ideal candidate will bring a contagious passion for economic development and community revitalization.
