Although the weather outside is frightful, downtown Rochester is so delightful! This winter, take advantage of downtown's skyway and subway system. It never dips below 68 degrees in Rochester thanks to its climate controlled skyway and underground walkways, otherwise known as subways. Businesses, hotels, shops, and dining are all accessible without ever having to step outdoors in the winter. From a variety of boutiques to fabulous bistros, the skyways and pedestrian subways offer miles of indoor entertainment.
