When: Friday, November 25, from 6 - 8:30 pm
Where: Old City Hall, Peace Plaza, Shops at University Square (111 S Broadway)

Here Comes Santa Claus,” downtown Rochester’s cherished holiday tradition, features appearances by Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, local celebrities, live entertainment, and Peace Plaza tree lighting ceremony.

The magical evening kicks-off with a thrilling rooftop rescue by the Rochester Fire Department atop Old City Hall (224 1st Avenue SW) at 6 pm. In his 42nd consecutive year, Santa will make his dramatic rooftop landing and grand downtown debut. Click here for more information and schedule.

Cambria presents, Cookies and Cocoa at Here Comes Santa Claus

November 26th marks the seventh annual Small Business Saturday, a day to support the local businesses that create jobs, boost the economy, and preserve neighborhoods around the country.

stART-UP Grant Application Deadline is November 30

Have a new event that could use some help getting off the ground? Submit your request to the the Rochester Downtown Alliance, Downtown Cultural Initiatives Committee's stART-UP Grant.

Funds range up to $3,000 for grassroots artists or organizers putting on events that are diverse, different, new (first-time), and celebrate arts & culture in downtown Rochester. Click here for more information.
