Warm up from the inside out. Escape the cold and join us for a 60-minute, heat-building yoga flow with Emma Smith. This class is designed to be accessible for anyone who wants to drop in, while still offering options that will challenge more experienced yogis.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Water will be available onsite. The café floor is on the firmer side, so we’ll have extra-large mats available if you’d like extra cushioning or forget your mat. Class takes place in the café area of People’s Food Co-op, which will be closed off during the session. No foot traffic, just space to move and breathe.

This class is donation-based, with contributions accepted at the time of class. 100% of donations go directly to the instructor. People’s Food Co-op is simply happy to provide a welcoming space for the community and to make this class accessible to all.
