Dive into a deeply nurturing practice that supports your body's natural ability to heal and restore. Somatics offer a unique approach to releasing stored tension and reversing the effects of sensory motor amnesia (SMA). Through gentle, restorative poses and subtle movements, we'll slowly awaken dormant muscles and encourage the release of chronic tension. By incorporating intentional breathing techniques, we'll activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief. Join us as we journey inward, reconnecting with our soma (body, breath, mind, and spirit) to cultivate balance and harmony.
