A relaxed introduction to oysters in every form. Enjoy oysters galore alongside pairing stations featuring vermouth, sherry, sake, wine, Champagne, and peated Scotch.
Add caviar at a dedicated station and discover how the right pairing changes everything. We'll be joined by Virginia—better known as “Lady Oyster”—and John from Maine Oyster Company.
