Learn how to make your own lefse! A Norwegian tradition, lefse can be enjoyed with sweet or savory toppings, or even all on its own!
We will make your dough for your lefse the night before, as it needs to chill before rolling. During class you'll learn about making the dough, how to serve lefse and how to store it for best freshness. You'll take home the lefse that you make!
Light snacks and drinks will be served.
Please note, this class is very hands on and will REQUIRE you to bring your own Lefse iron, lefse stick and rolling pin. You could book this class with a friend and bring one iron to share as there will be a lot to do for two people.
