Spring has arrived at Bleu Duck Kitchen! Join us for "Bloom & Gather", a five-course wine dinner created by our very own Chef Zach and our in-house wine sommelier Darren Tieder.

Each dish will celebrate the freshness of spring and will be thoughtfully paired with a coordinating wine.

Course One: Beet Carpaccio

Course Two: Artichoke & Leek Chilled Soup
Artichoke & Leek Salad / Crispy Onion Straws / Coconut & Charred Leek Broth

Course Three: Sautéed Snapper
Spring Vegetables / Garlic Scapes / Ramp Chimichurri

Course Four: Red Wine Lacquered Beef Cheek
Spring Pea Velouté / Pickled Morels

Course Five: Carrot Tart
Puff Pastry / Pomegranate Molasses / Roasted Carrots / Pecan Filling
