Details
Since 2018, the Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA) has been working to re-purpose the 3rd Street Alley (300 block between 3rd and 4th Streets SW) in Downtown Rochester by integrating art and design installations into the space.
The resulting space became known as, "The Cove" a partnership between the RDA , Art Heads Emporium, and Cafe Steam. The Cove has since become a space that locals and visitors take photos, spend time, and appreciate art.
