Rochester Framing & Fine Art Printing is a full-service art partner and a Master Certified Picture Framer. We are hard-working Minnesotans and we are proud of our creative skills as both custom picture framers and fine-art printers. We take industry education seriously and we are active in several professional organizations.

Valerie Becker earned her Master Certified Picture Framer designation in 2014, her Certified Picture Framer designation in 2007 and she was awarded the Vivian C. Kistler Master Certified Framer Scholarship from the Professional Picture Framing Association.
