When: Select dates in May and June 2022

Times: 5-6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in Central Park and 10-11 a.m. Saturdays in Peace Plaza

Anyone can go to the gym. Enjoy nature with these outdoor fitness classes while reducing stress, increasing happiness, and having more energy. These free outdoor fitness classes will run from 5 to 6 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday in Central Park and will rotate between class types. On Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m., Zumba classes will be hosted in Peace Plaza. Need we say more?
