The Med City Marathon is celebrating 30 years in 2026! Bringing thousands of runners and bystanders downtown for one of the many events that weekend. This includes our boston-qualifying marathon, GPC half marathon, 20 Miler, relays, Altra FCU 5K, and the GLK Kids run. The Health Street expo and Med City Block Party will also be free and open to the community to attend. Registration for all events is open now! Your weekend is presented by ActivePT
