Crushin Koopas and Childhood Cancer is all about what we're trying to do! Bring your family out to the Mayo Civic Center on September 28th, 2019 from 1-8 and help raise money for childhood cancer research. If you or your children would like to sign up for Mario Kart tournament, please do so here! Last September Nathan was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Since diagnosis he has required extensive chemotherapy, procedures, and frequent and prolonged hospitalizations. His family now understands firsthand the difficult journey this is for children with cancer as well as their extended families. Nathan's family has been inspired by their son, as well as other cancer families they have met along the way, to do something more in hopes of alleviating some of this burden. Thankfully, despite this arduous journey their son is on, playing video games always brings a smile to his face. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we will be holding the First Annual “Crushing Koopas and Childhood Cancer” Mario Kart tournament and silent auction. This event has been designed to raise funds for childhood cancer research as well as other local nonprofit organizations supporting kids and families affected by this horrific disease.
