North Stone Kitchen’s Chef’s Preview Dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience a seven course tasting created by Chef Ryan Dubois, showcasing dishes currently being considered for our upcoming seasonal menu.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paced tasting that highlights technique, flavor, and elevated presentation. Each course reflects Chef Ryan’s culinary vision and commitment to refined, ingredient driven cuisine. The experience begins with a complimentary glass of prosecco and unfolds through a series of carefully crafted dishes designed to showcase the direction of North Stone Kitchen’s next menu.
Seating is limited to only 20 guests, creating a relaxed and immersive atmosphere where guests can enjoy the food, connect with the chef, and be part of the creative process behind the next chapter of North Stone Kitchen.
