Love fish but not always confident when preparing it? Wondering about the best wines to pair with your dishes? Join us for Bleu Duck Sunday School Session Four: Cooking Fish and Pairing with Wine. Learn how to sear, roast, bake and poach fish, then create dishes. Learn how to pick wine for each fish (and taste as you go!). You'll get recipes to take home for each dish. Demonstrations will include: Seared scallops Oven poached fish En papiote fish Tyler from The Libation Project will here to share wine and help us pick the best wines for each dish! Event Details: Sunday, February 16 from 1-3 pm $50 per person Class size is limited to 25 people
