New date, same activities for Here Comes Santa Claus 2022
ROCHESTER, Minn.—Here Comes Santa Claus presented by the Rochester Downtown Alliance, Altra Federal Credit Union, and Threshold Arts will feature the same beloved activities but on a new day of the week in 2022.
To coincide with Small Business Saturday, Here Comes Santa Claus will be hosted Saturday, November 26 in downtown Rochester.
“We are excited to give families the opportunity to celebrate this Rochester tradition while also experiencing our unique small business community,” said Holly Masek, RDA executive director. “The new day and time means more of our downtown businesses may be open for shoppers and will give our neighborhood an opportunity to show off during the holiday season.”
The event activities will include favorite traditions like the infamous Santa rescue from the roof of Old City Hall, story time with Mrs. Claus, hands-on family activities at Chateau Theatre, and more holiday fun. Here Comes Santa Claus hours will be from 2 to 5 p.m. November 26.
