ROCHESTER, Minn.—The Rochester Downtown Alliance and its partners, Premier Bank Rochester and the Charter House, bring you the free, family-friendly movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone June 15 at Historic Central Park in downtown Rochester.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

The high-action introductory film in one of the most popular movie series, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone, is based on J.K. Rowling's best-selling book about an orphan who learns he has magical abilities when he is 11 years old. This film is rated PG-13.

Pre-Show Activities and Food

As a great pairing to the movie, popcorn by Carroll’s Corn and a Harry Potter-inspired menu by Cameo at the Castle will be available for purchase. Pre-show food and activities begin at 7 p.m., with the movie being shown at 9 p.m. Movies in the Park is a free event and is open to the public. Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged to enjoy this outdoor movie experience in downtown Rochester.
