Support Retail and Services Businesses

In a briefing April 30, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced an executive order that customer-facing retail establishments are eligible for curbside delivery/pickup starting May 4. In an executive order announced June 5, Governor Walz said barbershops, salons, and other establishments providing personal care services may be open and occupancy must not exceed 50 percent of the normal occupant capacity as determined by the fire marshal.

Rochester is a tight-knit community and are there for one another through thick and thin. The RDA is gathering ways of supporting downtown businesses while observing government recommendations and responses to COVID-19/coronavirus. When in-person shopping or frequenting businesses is not possible, please consult the list below for businesses offering gift cards and/or online services in Rochester.
