SocialICE May Be Cold, But Our Partners Bring The Heat
SocialICE wouldn't be possible without our great community partners that make it come to life. By injecting their own brand of creativity into ice sculptures and providing all-new experiences (or both!), our many partners are setting you up for the ultimate winter weekend. We hear they're as excited as you are! Let's get to know who's making SocialICE happen.
Who's Heating Up the Peace Plaza
Brand new at SocialICE this year is our giant igloo warming house! Presented by Somerby Golf Club, ‘The Clubhouse’ will host the heated igloo as one of SocialICE’s main sources of action. Located on the west side of the Peace Plaza, you won’t be able to miss this giant addition. Head inside to warm up for a bit or check out Somerby Golf Club’s tent where they will be serving soup for purchase.
On the last day of SocialICE, head to The Clubhouse early for SocialICE FAM JAM! On February 9 from 1PM-4PM, the igloo will house an outdoor arcade filled with Rock Band, Golden Tee, and more! The heat doesn't stop there, Kraus-Anderson is bringing the fire! Join them at the fire pits for quick warm up while you sip your favorite signature drink. Guess what? They'll be at SocialICE FAM JAM, too! This time, they're serving up a 'Build a S'more' Bar. Yum.
Photo Stations & More
Our Photo Station Partners are adding ice and elevation to this year's event! Thanks to Altra Federal Credit Union, CW Rochester, Gift of Life Transplant House, and Think Bank, the photo ops are endless. From TV's newest drama to a Minnesota legend and everything in between, their fully illuminated and personalized ice sculptures are guaranteed to please.

#SocialICE Photo Contest
Show Downtown Rochester how you #SocialICE! We are hosting our annual SocialICE photo contest, so get those selfies ready! We will have three different photo categories to choose winners from: photo of an ice bar, photo with giant SocialICE letters, and a general event photo.
