Rochester Downtown Alliance announces staffing change
ROCHESTER, Minn. --- December 28, 2017 --- The RDA will be saying goodbye to current RDA Community Engagement Manager Laura Engelman. Engelman accepted a position with Rochester Community & Technical College as their Director of Student Life. She joined the RDA team in January 2015, having come from serving as the Coordinator of Student Events & Programs at the University of Memphis. Engelman holds a Master’s Degree of Education in Educational Leadership.
“Laura has been an important part of the RDA team since she started in 2015,” said RDA Executive Director Jenna Bowman. “During her time with the organization, the RDA has added three new events to our core portfolio. Two of these events saw over 9,000 attendees in 2016. We wish Laura all the best as she takes on this new role,” she said.
