2017 SocialICE – Rochester Minnesota’s Ice Bar
Rochester, MN’s 9th Annual Ice Bar Event is Feb. 16, 17, and 18
ROCHESTER, Minn.---January 18, 2016--- SocialICE – Rochester Minnesota's Ice Bar – is coming back bigger, better, and colder after last year’s warmer temperatures melted many of the ice sculptures, but not attendee’s spirits. SocialICE is free and open to the public.

Downtown Rochester restaurants and bars are raising the bar to wow attendees with their uniquely themed ice bars.

Attendees can vote for their favorite bar. The winning bar will be dubbed “SocialICE Ice Bar Champion” and win the SocialICE Ice Bar Champion’s Cup and a guaranteed spot in SocialICE 2018.
ENTERTAINMENT
SocialICE caters to a wide variety of musical tastes with live DJs each night performing classics and new hits. Their visually-stunning DJ booth is fully iced-out in ice and dressed in special-effects lighting and pixel-mapped LED screens making it an outdoor dance party for all.

NEW THIS YEAR
New this year is the SocialICE Wall of ICE. Standing at an impressive 15 feet wide by 8 feet tall, the Wall of Ice will be creatively crafted making it a perfect backdrop for any selfie. SocialICE also features an array of life-size ice sculptures by Think Bank, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Collins Orthodontics, and TEDx.
SOCIALICE WELCOMES MINNESOTA SUPER BOWL HOST COMMITTEE AND MAYO CLINIC
Together with Mayo Clinic, the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee (MNSBHC) will join SocialICE to mark 52 weeks of celebration leading up to Super Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium. Don’t miss your chance to embrace the Bold North and visit Mayo Clinic and the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee’s booth, featuring a fun and interactive photo opportunity.
