Downtown Parking

Your short term parking needs are met with on-street metered parking and off-street metered lots. For longer trips, the Second Street, Center Street, Civic Center, Third Street, and First Street Ramps provide pleasant, close-in, covered parking. All of the City ramps have indoor skyway connections to adjacent office buildings, retailing, hotels, banks, and civic buildings.Many downtown businesses will validate your parking in the City ramps. Ask about validation.

Parking meters are enforced 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except the following holidays;
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On-street parking is prohibited on most streets in the downtown from 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Free Parking

Free parking is provided at all meters after 5:00 p.m. during the weekday and at all times on weekends. Parking in City parking ramps is free after 5:00 p.m. in the evening and on weekends from 6:30 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. Fees may be charged  in the ramps during these periods for certain events. During weekdays, parking at the Center Street, Civic Center, First Street and Second Street ramps is "Free" if you enter and exit within an hour.
