Goonie's Comedy Club
Open since January 2006, Goonie’s is Rochester’s only comedy club. We feature nationally touring comedians – the same ones you’ll see in the Twin Cities area. People age 18 and up can come and see the early show. The late show is age 21 and up. We have an ‘Open Mic’ night every Thursday. We’re smoke free and handicap accessible.
Downtown Rochester is the host to a wide variety of events and entertainment, most connected by the skyways or street level walkways. There is comedy at Goonie’s, performances at Peace Plaza and music in Mayo Park. The Mayo Civic Center presents sporting events, concerts, artistic performances, conventions and trade shows. Each day the events calendar in downtown changes, so check for the latest updates and enjoy the experience.
