Marion James was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1970. He has published two novels, John Crow’s Devil in 2005 and the Book of Night Women in 2009, plus short stories, fiction and non-fiction. The Visiting Author Series is sponsored by the Friends of the Rochester Public Library.
