Vendor Information & FAQ's:
Vendor Instructions for Arrival:
1. At your designated load-in time, please drive to your designated section (blue, green, yellow, purple, or orange).
2. Ask your section attendant for your parking pass if you signed up for one
3. Quickly unload your items and go park (volunteers will watch your unloaded items)
4. Return to your area to set up
5. Please make sure your canopies are properly weighted down!
6. Report to the information table for questions that cannot be answered by your section attendant (located on the grassy side of the Peace Plaza)
7. Please be ready and open for business at 11:00 am
Specific Instructions for each Section:
Blue: Drive into the purple section on the map (parking spaces in front of Hanny’s will be reserved for us), unload your items onto the sidewalk in purple section, and go park
Yellow: Drive PAST the street closed barricades and pull into the yellow section (it will say road closed to thru traffic, but is ok for you to
Orange: Drive into one of the open parking spaces, quickly unload into your space, and go park
Purple: Drive into one of the open parking spaces, quickly unload into your space, and go park (after blue section is loaded in)
Green: Restaurants may arrive via the alley behind University Square. Please pull into the alley, unload, park, and return to setup (again, we will have volunteers to watch your things)

FYI’s and Frequently Asked Questions:
Question: My space assignment has changed; is my load-in time the same?
Answer: YES (unless you have made other arrangements with me directly). Load in times are the same even if your space assignment has changed. If you need a different load-in time, please send me an email with the time you plan to arrive.
Question: What if I did not request a parking pass and need one?
Answer: No problem – see your section manager to direct you further, or come to the information table
Booth locations on the street these are numbered so it will be easy to find your spot there; spots on the plaza are only taped (not numbered); helpers will guide you to your exact space.
Volunteers will be distinguished by their “Thursdays on First & 3rd” t-shirts and lanyards
Please feel free to visit me at the information station on the grassy side of the plaza for any questions you are not able to find answers to, or to update your contact information, etc.
